Experience with Cool Uni Pack - TM Streamyx


It's been 4 to 5 months using this damn cool package. Since the day using this package (Cool Uni Pack), life of surfing the net has never been the same anymore. Although I'm only subscribing the package with the speed of 384kbps (because of the price affordable by me), I still feel it's good enough for its speed 384kbps. If and only if, my purchasing power increases, I will definitely choose a better speed compared to the current one, so that the quality of surfing can be enhanced.

So, isn't it Cool, huh? ^^ I feel grateful to my aunt, as she was the one who recommended me to this package. Such a good recommendation. *thumbs up* for u, aunt. =)

With the speed of 384kbps (as stated in the form, still don't so believe the speed that I got is as per stated), I experienced good quality of downloading, regardless of what items. So, another *thumbs up* for TM for providing a better and enhanced quality of surfing for us (ignore some of the technical and line breakdown problems), you still entitle an 'A' from me!

P/S: Another good experience with TM! It's regarding their customer service. I inquired them about my Streamyx login ID and password during weekends, and surprisingly, I was approached by the customer service officer on Sunday! I can't believe it. GOOD! I love that kind of efficiency. This really shows that Malaysia Boleh! Keep it up.
